Nepalese Dhyangro drum, sometimes called Denguru or Dhangro. It is a ritual tool of traditional Nepalese shamanism. They were and still are used in healing, exorcising evil spirits from homes, in ritual ceremonies and to invoke favors. The tool is used by shamans in Nepal, who are referred to as Jhakri. The drum is double-sided.
