Since we value satisfied customers who return to us, we would like to reward them. We therefore prepared the following loyalty program.
It works simply:
For every €10 purchase, the customer receives 1 loyalty point worth 40 cents.
That is, for example with an order worth €105, the customer receives (in addition to free shipping over €100) 10 loyalty points worth €4. We also add a welcome bonus of 2 points for new customer registration on the e-shop page.
Rules:
1. loyalty points can only be used by registered users
2. loyalty points cannot be applied to products that are already discounted
3. the minimum number of points that can be used for an order is 3 points
3. loyalty points are credited to the user profile only after the order is completed (when the order is in the status of sent)
4. loyalty points will be deducted after canceling the order
The option to enter loyalty points will appear in the shopping cart in the first step, if the user has at least the minimum number of points that can be used for the order.
