Felt mallet with a hard rubber core intended for medium-sized Tibetan bowls weighing at least 0.8 kg up to approximately 1.5 kg. When struck with this mallet, both the low and high frequencies of each singing bowl are activated, making it more universal and little different from the classic round felt mallet, which mainly excites the deep frequencies. This mallet is not suitable for circling the edge of the bowl, for this purpose wooden mallets in leather are intended.
